Thanks
Review the report
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
What is your blood pressure? What is your weight and waist circumference?
It is surprising to have a young lady have deranged lipid profile.
There is risk piling up with raised fat including triglycerides and cholesterol. The supposedly good cholesterol HDL is also very low.
You have low VItamin D, so expecting low calcium as well.
The blood glucose is not properly metabolized for various reasons.
You should seriously consider a doctor visit, Internal Medicine MD immediately for a thorough counseling and medications.
You should have very active life style with at least 10000 steps a day, watchful diet with the help of a dietitian.
Ifyou have high BMI, high BP, and or bigger waist (>85cm) you should reduce weight with exercise.
All the best.

Thanks for your advice.
Actually my BP is average, weight is 80kg and waist is 101cm. I am doing aerobics for 50 mins 5 days in a week. Now a days I am doing aerobics(cardio, yoga) 2 times in a day . I am also taking calcirol XXXXXXX for vit D. Before 7 month my report was normal but after my marriage(22 nov 2016) I was feel very low and tired.
If I will take medicine for triglycerides, is there any posibility to reduce weight. Should I consult diabetologist or cardiologist.
I will wait for your advice.
Thanks
Good going continue it
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Your realized that the weight is high and so is the waist circumference. You should similarly continue to work long term. Do not stop if you do not loss weight or waist. Most times people stop just before seeing the benefits. This is long term game.
Be consisten.
Please see a Dietitian
Please see a General Physician MD as well.
Low vit D, high lipids can be reason for tiredness.
YOu can take medicines for lipids after consulting the above specialist.
