Atelectasis means collapse of segments of lungs
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.
The interpretation of X-ray chest is as follows:
The bony rib cage is within normal limits.
There is no fluid collection in the pleural cavity.
The mediastinum i.e. space between both lungs is also within normal limits.
The only abnormality is atelectasis of lung segments suggests collapse of lung segments.
Collapse of lung segments can occur due to obstruction commonly.
Thus, you need to consult your physician for clinical assessment and review of X-ray chest.
Treatment can be instituted once the collapse is found out.

Brief Answer:
Current treatment not for TB
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome again,
The segmental collapse can be a sequlae of previous tubercular infection.
However, the treatment which is given now is not for tuberculosis.
The treatment depends on your current symptoms.
The current problem appears to be some allergic problem unrelated to tubercular infection.
In case there is suspicion of recurrence of tubercular infection, relevant tests have to be done.
Consult your treating doctor for further work up and investigations for tuberculosis if required.
Thanks and take care

Today we had doctor consultation , he said us there is no Tb , No lung infection.
He told She had dust allergy. and gave Mondesior ,Samproz-D ,Omnacorhi
Ascure EXM sysrup and budamate to inhale. She had one dose of above them and vomit 15 min after had medicine. In vomit cough seems there. Is vomiting is common in this scenario? She also not taking much food. Early 10 % of original diet.
Is this really pollen allergy?

Brief Answer:
Allergy is likely, prescribed drugs should be taken
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome again,
The drugs prescribed are for allergy.
If your wife responds to the anti-allergic drugs, then it is obvious that she is suffering from allergy.
Pollen allergy is seasonal and dust allergy leads to symptoms of sneezing and other respiratory symptoms when exposed to dust indoors or outdoors.
However, according to your history your wife is having vomiting after taking medicine and there is decrease in appetite.
First of all it is important to have normal and balanced diet.
Medicine will be effective only if you are able to take the medicine.
I suggest you to consult your treating doctor to look for cause of decreased appetite.
Thanks and take care
