Brief Answer:
Normal in pregnancy

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir, thanks for trusting health care magic.
I understand your health concerns.
It is common to have dilated calyx in pregnancy due to the pressure of pregnant uterus but in general right calyx is dilated and that too only slightly.
So in case there wasn't any problem orior to pregnancy then there is nothing to worry.
Just keep getting ultrasound every month and follow the dilatation and size of kidney.
And keep water intake kn higher side and avoid certain drugs which are toxic fof kidneys like amikacin, gentamicin and analgesics like asprin and nimusulide.
In case you have ang other questions in future please feel free to ask.
Regards
Dr Manisha
