What Does My Lab Test Report Indicate?

Need some advise for a relative. Reports attached.
Many thanks
Liver problems. Can be cured. Take to an MCH or DNB superspecialist.
Detailed Answer:
Hi!
I'm Dr. Neel Kudchadkar and I will help you. I have studied your three reports very carefully and I being your personal doctor, I will handle all your medical problems.
1. There is a problem with the liver. This is indicated by high levels of SGOT and SGPT. They are also called as AST and ALT levels.
2. The Liver report indicates Jaundice. This is a medical fact.
3. The X Ray report might indicate an issue with the heart. It states that the heart has grown bigger in size. But it also states that the lungs and other organs are healthy.
If the person has any habits of drinking, then he may be asked to stop.
If there is any infection of the liver like viral hepatitis it may be treated with interferon like medicines.
The heart has grown bigger in size because of excessive load on it due to the liver
issue.
So, your first priority is to get the liver treated.
Advice: Please go to a doctor who has "M.ch" or "DNB" degree certificate in "gastroenterology and the hepato biliary tract." This is the correct doctor who can help you out as everything cannot be done online on the internet.
I am confident that the patient will get well because the liver is a very powerful thing (organ). Even if a large part of it is destroyed, it can still continue keeping the person healthy. Furthermore, the liver can recover unlike most organs.
Feel free to write back to me for further advice.
Regards,
Dr. Neel Kudchadkar

It's my pleasure.
