Brief Answer:
Treatment can be continued with 25 mcg thyronorm

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

1. The fasting blood glucose level is normal.

2. The T3 and T4 levels are normal. TSH is in upper limit of normal. This is acceptable and 25mcg of thyronorm is a low dose and it can be continued under recommendation of her doctor.

3. Cholesterol levels are normal in the lipid profile report.

In conclusion, she can continue taking thyronorm 25 mcg under recommendation of her doctor. The thyroid function test should be reviewed every 3 to 6 months and of required then dose to be changed. No significant precautions to be taken.

Hope your query is answered.
Please do write back if you have any doubts.
