What Does My Lab Test Report Indicate?

Question: I do have queries related to my father's latest report. As per report following parameter highlighted in bold:
Platelet Count 132
Mean Platelet Volume 13
White Blood Cell Count 10.80
Segmented Neutrophils 57
HB1AC 8
Plasma Glucose 183
Please suggest your view on that. Since I don't have any provision to upload actual reports that's why putting highlighted items from blood report.

Brief Answer:
Hello dear. Only concern is high Hb1AC
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have gone through the details. So He has a borderline low platelet counts which is not a concern as long as platelet counts are above 1 lac. A borderline elevated mean platelet volume is also acceptable. White cells and neuterophils are ok.
Hb1AC is high and it represents a poor sugar control. It represents sugar control over the last 3 months. Normal will be anything less than 7.
So he requires physician review for the management of diabetes.
Thanks and regards
