Brief Answer:
hello. It suggests iron deficiency anemia
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have gone through the details. So your reports suggests iron deficiency anemia and it is rflected in the form of anisocytosis, popikilocytosis and microcytosis, ovalocytosis. These terms indicate variation in shape and size of red blood cells and indicate iron deficiency anemia. there is nothing to worry. You require iron supplementation . Besides that, your vitamin D level is also low. You require supplemntation for vitamin D also.
Thanks and regards

Brief Answer:
Hello. Any iron preparation will suffice
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. Any iron preparation will work either oral or syrup formulation. A total of 200 mg iron will be required per day for atleast 6 months. Similarly vit D preparation can be taken in the powdered or capsule form. You will require a prescription form a physician for that.
One more point. The cause of iron deficiency needs to bbe identified. It is mostly nutrional deficiency but unlikely can be due to blood loss also.
Thanks and regards
