Detailed Answer:
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.

I have studied your attached reports, and following are the major issues that requires attention.
1. Raised Hemoglobin - could be probably due to smoking in case you do or dehydration. Raised lymphocytes have no significance in asymptomatic individual.

2. ESR - slightly raised, and is a marker of inflammation. This is a non specific test and could be raised if you had any infection, sore throat or any viral in recent past. This is also commonly raised in people with rheumatoid arthritis but requires consideration only if you have any joint pains and stiffness. If you are asymptomatic, this can be ignored.

3. Dyslipidemia - your lipid profile is deranged and it requires strict diet control. Medicines are not warranted for this.

4. Liver Dysfunction- Your liver enzymes are raised that requires evaluation for the cause. Common causes are Alcohol, Non Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease, Hepatitis B and C. For this i would recommend Ultrasound Abdomen, Hepatitis B and C testing.

This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
