Question: kindly interpret the attached quadruple marker report....
Brief Answer:
interpretation
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query,
The quadruple marker report for trisomy 18 is normal and the risk is way below the cut off , hence chances are very less for a trisomic child< 10000. The markers , all 4 of them are less than 2.5 MoM, and hence normal.
NT scan is 1mm, which is a normal report.
The overall report is normal .

Brief Answer:
explained
Detailed Answer:
hello,
For the quadruple marker report, its difficult for a non medico to understand but you need to know that its a NORMAL REPROT and your baby has no chances of developing any congenital anomalies or defects.
the second blood report shows hemoglobin 11.7 gm% which is fie for a pregnant woman who undergoes hemodilution . she has to continue iron and calcium tabs through out pregnancy from second trimester till delivery and the levels of Hb SHOULDN'T BE A CONCERN AT THE MOMENT.
The low thrombocytes or platelets levels have no implication on baby's health . If the mother is asymptomatic there is no concern to be worried.
