Brief Answer:
This could be suggestive of infection or inflammation of the liver

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to health care magic

I would like further information to guide you better
1. Are you running fever or having decreased appetite
2. Are you passing yellowish coloured urine
3. Do you consume liquor or smoke

your report are suggestive of liver enlargement that can happen with infection or inflammation of the liver and injury due to toxins or drugs
You need to be worried but not too much

If you are apparently healthy, than book an appointment with an gastroenterologist as per your convenience for examination and a battery of tests like blood for hemoglobin, CBC, liver function test with liver enzymes and urine tests

Meanwhile have plenty of glucose water if you are not diabetic
Avoid strenuous exertion
Take complete bed rest
Have lots of fresh fruits and vegetables
Avoid fried fatty and spicy food

Hope this answers your query, Please feel free to ask for more clarification I will be happy to help you
Thanks and regards
