Brief Answer:
Looks like a simple cyst on the ovary

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I read through the details of the Ultrasound scan of the Pelvis.
It described the endometrium (inside the uterus), ovaries and pelvis.
It simply says there is a cyst on the left ovary and that cyst is simple without traces of any tumor.
Simple cyst can be a normal finding and most women who still release egg would have them on Ultrasound. So there was apparently non dangerous or serious issue note on the ultrasound scan. The ovaries are also normal.
THere were some nabothian cysts noted at the cervix (entry of the uterus) and these are changes because of many reasons.

Now my question, is there anything specific you are concerned about?

Brief Answer:
Not large enough

Detailed Answer:
hi,

The size of the uterus varies on the basis of the menstrual cycle. The current size that was mentioned on the scan was more but not very big and is expected.
The reasons for heavy bleeding, painful intercourse should be found out by other tests as I feel.

I had just finished my menstrual cycle a few days before the scan, would that have effective the size at all?
