Brief Answer:
It seems to be a case of acute glomerulonephritis.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I would not consider RBCs in urine normal. The cause needs to be evaluated.

I have gone through the attached report. You have ignored the fact that huge amount of albumin is leaking out in the urine. Albumin is a big sized protein and its leakage (along with RBCs) indicates some pathology of the filtering membranes of the kidneys. It seems to be a case of acute glomerulonephritis. The condition needs treatment.

The probable cause of the glomerulonephritis needs to be evaluated and the treatment depends on the cause. It can consist of dietary modifications, immunosuppresants and corticosteroids. I would suggest consulting a pediatric nephrologist.

Hope that helps.

Brief Answer:
Viral infections can play a role in development of glomerulonephritis

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking back.

Although I do not know anyone personally in the area, the following links should help you in finding one:
https://www.sehat.com/ghaziabad/nephrology-hospitals
https://www.google.co.in/search?client=opera&q=pediatric+nephrologists+in+Ghaziabad%2C+Uttar+Pradesh&sourceid=opera&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8#q=pediatric+nephrologists+in+Ghaziabad,+Uttar+Pradesh&start=0

I do not think that the mentioned medicines have caused the ailment. But glomerulonephritis is frequently preceded by viral infections like the cough and cold that you have mentioned. Please mention about this episode of cough and cold to the doctor when you visit him.

Brief Answer:
Ask the child to drink plenty of water.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for sharing the report. I have gone through it.

Probably the renal calculi are related to the blood in urine but it does not explain the leakage of albumin. Such small calculi should not be cause of concern and should eventually get flushed out if the child keeps taking plenty of water on regular basis. I would not really consider them to be a cause for concern. But nevertheless, I would insist to seek the opinion of a pediatric nephrologist about the course of further management.

Brief Answer:
I still suspect glomerulonephritis to be the cause

Detailed Answer:
The first thing that I would suggest is not to panic. You sound panicky. As I have already mentioned, I suspect glomerulonephritis. Your doctor is investigating in order to find out the cause. Please be patient and let him find out.

No medicine is needed for the calculi. All I would suggest is plenty of fluids to drink. Some doctors might suggest some syrup like Urilizer to alkalinize the urine but drinking plenty of water serves the purpose.
