Question: colonoscopy tested today and found 5 mm polyps...

Colonoscopy will reach the Caecum. How many polyps are there?What is the exact location?
Please scan the Colonoscopy report and send it as attachment.
If there is a Single polyp , it can be removed Colonoscopically and send the specimen for Histopathological examination.
Please send the Colonoscopy report for detailed explanation.
