Question: what does slight flair T/2 hyperintensity adjacent to the left frontal horn asymmetric from the contralateral side .additional on axial flair t/2 there is a punctate flair t/2 hyperintensity within the right frontal white matter confirmed on sagittal flair.

These findings on MRI not specific and they can be seen in normal person also. Altered intensity on MRI can be related to ischemia or demyelination also. Whether or not you have an abnormality can be determined only when the findings are correlated clinically.
