Brief Answer:
According to old system, you have fibromyalgia
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for posting
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. XXXXXXX College of Rheumatology (ACR) published the criteria for the classification of fibromyalgia. According to that if a person has pain in at least 11 tender points, then he/she is diagosed with fibromyalgia.
The old requirement of a tender point exam has been omitted in the new guideline and replaced with a symptom checklist. This list may be available with your doctor or you may find it online.
Hope this helps and please share your suffering in the follow up query.
Take care

Detailed Answer:
Hello
It's good to see you
I have gone through your reply carefully and pain at multiple joints is suggestive of arthritis most likely the common rheumatoid arthritis. Hence,my advice would be to get following blood test done -CBC,serum RA factor,Anti CCP antibody, serum uric acid followed by a visit to rheumatologist will help.
The arthritis is treatable and please be positive.I am sure you will get over this.
Looking forward to help you further.
