My record does not give me the optional to download the actual report. I provided the results from the report

Brief Answer:
No significant abnormality
Detailed Answer:
Dear Mrs,
I would like to have a look at your ECG for ST depression. Usually patients have the option for uploading records. However I'll try to answer based only on report, if there were no option for uploading.
In general your ECG is normal. Regarding to ST elevation which was interprated as repolarization variant, is not abnormality and can be found in healthy adults.
You have elevated heart rate in ECG. Whether it is abnormal depends if you have complaints of palpitation. Also you could have tachycardia If you were anxious because of examination.
ST depression can be caused by tachycardia, if there is ST depression up to 1 mm, there is nothing to worry
Hope I could help you
In case of further questions don't hesitate to ask
Wishing you good health
Regards,
