Question: mild fullness of pelvicalyceal system of both kidneys noted in sonography report, though both kidneys are of normal size, shape and position.

Thanks for query .

Based on the facts that you have posted you have undergone Ultrasound Scanning of abdomen has revealed mild fullness of Pelvi Calyceal system of both the kidneys with obstructive voiding pattern on Uroflowmetry .

I shall be happy if you can post me more details to help me in making precise comments
1) Do you have obstructive voiding symptoms like frequency ,poor urine flow etc?

The urine produced by kidney is collected in Calyxes of the kidney and drain it into Renal pelvis which when gets filled contracts in a propulsive waves in to ureter which carry urine down into bladder . This is synchronize and well coordinated process .Whenever there is disturbances in this process urine accumulates in pelvis and calyxes which are traced to be full on scanning .

This is a common finding in many cases and has no significance at all
However needs to be investigated further by doing radiological test like I.V.P .
