Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for query.
you are having hyperuricemia caused by gout.
Joint pains especially in morning is typical feature of gout.
You should be on strict diet like drinking plenty of fluids at least 4-5 litres per day.
Avoid Alcohol and meat(mandatory),coffee
Take milk products,green vegetables,fruits.
Go for regular physical activity.
Meanwhile if pain is severe take NSAIDS like Diclofenac daily for 4 days.
Get doctor's prescription by local physician for above medications.

Get an ultrasound abdomen and renal function test done to rule out other possibilities.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for query.

Other reports are normal. You don't need to worry about them.
Only your uric acid level is high.Get a RFT and USG abdomen.
Follow the above advise strictly(advised in first answer).
Right now you don't need any medications except NSAIDS for joint pain.
If possible get RA factor done to rule out rheumatoid arthritis.

Get back if any query.
