Question: My wife is 35 weeks pregnant. As per the last scan report AFI is 7.9 CM & Symmetrical IUGR is reported.

Get a Doppler ultrasound done and if that is normal then get biophysical profile two times a week.
If all stays well till then get an elective cesarean section at 37 weeks of pregnancy.
