Brief Answer:
This is within normal limits.
Detailed Answer:
Hi friend.
This report looks pretty normal to have your children.
Quantity of 0.5 ml can be due to no abstinence and varies every time one ejaculates.
Since your wife is pushing you to see a Doctor, please follow her advise so that her doubts will be clear. If she is not getting pregnant she needs to see a Gynecologist and get thorough check up and investigation.

So having rbc in semen is normal???
Brief Answer:
Usually resolved on its own
Detailed Answer:
This is called Hematospermia which is microscopic in your case, meaning there is no blood on open examination. This is just a microscopic RBS finding and does not interfere in pregnancy.
Usually blood in the semen is benign and resolves on its own.
If you both are bothered about this, you may undergo ultrasonography of the genitourinary system ( scrotum and pelvis ) to rule out any cause.
