Before 3 months i got married.Still my wife not get pregnancy.Kindly check my Sperm Test Report .If any problem means give me suggestion and treatment

Following is my reply:

1) Your semen analysis is good except for increased liquefaction and increased leucocytes.

2) Increased liquefaction and increased leucocytes are due to some infection which needs to be treated.

3) Please give semen for culture and sensitivity test. You can take antibiotics after getting the report of the same.

4) Dont worry as this is minor problem and can be corrected.

I need to some Clarification with u regarding my seman analysis report.

1. Increased liquefaction and leucocytes Symptoms to prevent Pregnancy or Not? (To stop pregnancy)

2. With out Culture and Sensitivity test I can take any antibiotic medicine as per YOUR ADVICE? Suppose if it possible give it to me medicine. Because I have so much fear and nervosas remain go to lab and take semen test.

3. My semen Qty & Quality if it is sufficient to get pregnancy in my wife or not?

4. How to increase my sperm count and quality using medicine kindly give me some medicine …

Hi,

1. Increased leucocytes and liquefaction does not prevent pregnancy.

2. It is not advisable to take antibiotics without culture and sensitivity test. Dont be afraid to get test doe. Its small problem.

3. Your semen quantity and quality is good enough to get your wife pregnant.

4. Your medicines can only be prescribed after semen culture and sensitivity test.
