The description that you have mentioned is the microscopic findings of endometrial biosy, curettings.
These microscopic findings suggest presence of decidua.
Decidua is the tissue which lines the uterine wall during
pregnancy.
Thus, these findings indicate the presence of pregnancy.
The glandular structures are the endometrial glands which show Arias Stella reaction.
All these changes suggest a gestation/ pregnancy.
However, the pregnancy can be uterine or at some other site like
fallopian tube.
the presence of villi is confirmatory of pregnancy.
These changes can also occur under the influence of hormones (
progesterone).
Further you need to consult your gynaecologist for clinical correlation.
