Semen culture growing Enterococcus faecalis
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
Your semen culture shows heavy growth of Enterococcus faecalis also known as Streptococcus faecalis ,sensitive to a host of commonly used antibiotics. Enterococci can cause acute or chronic prostatitis and in this case semen culture will show the growth.
Can you give a little bit your history of illness, like symptoms, any history of instrumentation like catheterization of urinary tract?
Before embarking on culture, you might have done Urine routine examination and Semen analysis. Was there any presence of pus cells in urine or semen?
In any case ,you have to take a course of antibiotic as per the sensitivity report and should be continued for 2–4 weeks for acute prostatitis . In case of chronic bacterial prostatitis, a 4- to 6-week course of antibiotics is often necessary.

Leucospermia with poor sperm motility
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
The normal sperm motility is >50% (yours is 40 %) and Grade c-motility means spermatozoas have non-progressive motility because they do not move forward despite the fact that they move their tails.
You have to take the course of antibiotic, which your doctor must have advised.
However it is better to undergo Ultra-sonography of Prostate and Seminal vesicles along with Kidneys,Ureters & Bladder (USG-KUB & Prostate) as genitourinary system is closely related.
You have also to repeat your semen analysis after the course of antibiotic.

Semen analysis and chance of fertility
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
Your infection with Enterococcus faecalis is curable and it is sensitive to most of the common antibiotics. Over 15 million sperm per milliliter is considered normal,Your sperm counts are 105 million/ml and have good motility (Grade A is 60% ).Once the infection is cured with antibiotics ,chance of fertility will be more.
Is it possible to upload the complete semen analysis report, since there is some inconsistency in your write-up of question?
