What Does The Following Study Report Indicate?

Question: dear doctor,

i am trying to concieve from 6 months,i am using enclomiphene 50 capsules and ageless (resveratrol,benfotiamine &pyridoxamine dihydrochloride). i adviced by my doctor for follicular study ,

i have uploaded my study report and please sugest me things to conciece ,i am little bit worrying about that .my husband semen analysis is total sperm count was 50million/ml.

my study report shows right ovary(9*8mm) was not growing and left ovary sige is22*16mm and 21*15 ,is there any chance for ovalation ,i need to take scan again on tomorrow.

Is this the first time that you are using clomiphene and going for follicular study ?
You are only 22, so why are you having so much anxiety ?
Only after trying for one year, you should be taking medicines for fertility.
IN any case, your report is excellent.
Generally an egg follicle grows in one ovary, and in your case, it has reached optimum size in the left ovary.
You would be ovulating in a day or two.
Yes you need to go for scanning until ovulation is confirmed.
Please remain sexually active daily for the next 4 - 5 days.
Please upload your husband's report, as that needs to be reviewed.
Take daily folic acid supplements, relax and be happy.
I am 100 % sure that you will conceive.

Hi mam,
yes this is the first time i am going to follicular study but i used clomiphine from last 3 months.
just now i gone to follicular study ,the report shows small difference when compared to yesterday.
i uploade my husbands semen analyses report,
i got shocked by yesterdays answer from doctor who is general physician from your end(health care magic) told me ivf is the optione to me.

Please let me know about reports

Hi again.
I have seen the report.
The follicle is growing, please go for scan for the next 2 days, I am sure it will rupture ( ovulation will occur ).
I really do not see any indication for IVf in your case, i am equally shocked by this response.
Please do not use Clomiphene blindly without doctor prescription and without follicular monitoring, it can be dangerous.
Your husband's report is fine, the count is slightly low, but it is normal.
He can take multivitamin and antioxidant supplements for 3 months, and then repeat the test.
Please let me know how is the scan for the next 2 days.

Hi doctor,

i have uploaded the todays report. today one follicle was collapsed .is it means ovulation will occur in today ,my doctor prescribes me progesterone ,dydrogesterone tablets .
please let me know what is the use of that tablets .
