Brief Answer:
No use of waiting for a few days.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
I have seen the report attached. There is no fetal pole in the gestational sac. There is no chance of development of fetal cardiac activity. This is not a viable pregnancy. It is best to go with your doctor's advice and get it removed.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.

Is there any possibility of my wife not getting pregnant again if I abort this one? What should be the cause of having no fetal activity this time? Is there any possibility that it would happen again???

Brief Answer:
Your wife can get pregnant normally again.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
If this pregnancy is aborted there is every chance that your wife will conceive normally again. The blighted ovum happens due to a chromosomal abnormality. It usually does not happen again. Your wife can conceive normally.
Hope my answer is helpful.
Do accept my answer in case there are no further queries.
