Neck And Shoulder Pains, Heaviness, Body Ache. D And C Done. Advise?
Good evening, I had a D&C procedure done last week Wednesday, blighted ovum, and since then I have had such bad neck and shoulder pains. When I walk it's like my body is too heavy for my feet. Not sure if this is concerning and if I should go to the doctors. It feels like my whole body is aching. Please assist me. Thank you.

Not sure the shoulder and neck pains are caused by the d and c itself.
However, it could be possible that the position you adopted while the d and c was carried out is the cause of the neck pain and shoulder pain.
However, other possible causes could account for the feeling of neck and shoulder pains such as high blood pressure, stress etc.
If the neck and shoulder pains are associated with fever, neck stiffness, vaginal discharges then you will have to meet a doctor. If not, and other causes ruled ( normal blood pressure, no stress etc) just some pain killers such as paracetamol or ibuprofen will do.
Hope you were put on prophylactic antibiotics after the d and c.
