Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query
I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. I want to know when you got the injury and how injury was treated (crepe bandage/ plaster/ operation ) ? I think injury is at least 3 months old. At present you need physiotherapy in the form of quadriceps excercises and analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. You can discuss with your doctor about it.
Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.
Wishing you a good health.
Take care.

i got this injury about an year ago and i was a bit casual about it that time.
i hope you have seen the MRI report attached.
But i didn't invested 199 rs for this answer.
i can directly go to the doctor and get all solutions at one place.
why i tried this way is because i wanted to get a proper advise. Do i have to undergo a surgery as suggested by the report because i cannot run is what i can feel.
i think this is totally unprofessional way of earning people's money totally dissatisfied by your answer.
i would like to get my money back.
i have not undergone any operation. just used crap bandage.

Brief Answer:
ACL reconstruction is advisable.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome back
Your fracture is still visible on MRI and also having ACL ( anterior cruciate ligament) tear. As you want to do activities like running etc, so it is advisable for ACL reconstruction ( possibly by key hole surgery). If there are no strenous activity in life the treatment approach can be different. Hence the next step for you is get a a fresh X-ray again and if fracture is still un united then it needs fixation by operation.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
If not, you may close the discussion and if possible you may rate the answer for me, so that I get a good feedback.
