Hemangioma in spine can be incidental finding. ,and no need to worry or treat small insignificant Hemangioma.
Facet joint synovitis can be reason for your symptoms.
Initially medicine like analgesic and anti inflammatory can be started consulting your doctor. Physiotherapy plays important role in treatment.
Physiotherapy like IFT And TENS will help you.
If no relief then C ARM guided local facet joint injection can be given consulting your doctor.
