What Does This Blood Sugar Level Of 99 Indicate?
Question: My blood sugar has tested to 99 mg/dL for the past two years; the reference range appears to be up to 110. IS is an acceptable practice to begin supplementing my diet with cinnamon and curcumin to promote cellular metabolism? (Other steps are clearly to lose weight and exercise.) For a 105Kg male age 53 what would a good dosage of cinnamon/ curcumin be?

With only one value of glucose level we can not diagnose whether it's Diabetes/prediabetes.
You need to check it 2 hours after food (PPBS) and also check the HbA1C level which gives important information regarding to the mean glucose values of the last three months.
If all the tests result to be within the normal ranges there is no reason to get worried. If you have family members with Diabetes and are overweight (other than weight, height is also important to judge about the grade of obesity) then weight loss is mandatory.
It's not yet clear if cinnamon is good for diabetes. Research findings have been mixed, and the XXXXXXX Diabetes Association dismisses cinnamon’s use in diabetes treatment.
