What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Question: my endometrium lining is measuring 1.2 cm ultrasound was on 6.14.16 my last menstrual cycle was 5.28.16
i had a hysteroscopy d&c polyps where found and sent to pathology came back begin.
my question is what would cause the thickness on my endometrium lining?
will it affect becoming pregnant having a 1.2 cm endometrium?
could it be a hormonal problem?
i was now referred to a endocrinologist for the same reason

having a thick endometrium lining prevent pregnancy?
what causes a hormonal problem?
Brief Answer:
As below
Detailed Answer:
Hormonal imbalance maybe related to age, stress, late nights, smoking, drinking, erratic eating habits, exercise, weight changes, medications, anxiety etc.
There are umpteen causes, and it is not a very major thing.
It can be corrected with temporary cyclical hormonal therapy.
You can take cyclical progesterone alone, as that will correct the hormonal imbalance, and not interfere with your efforts to conceive either.
Yes, untreated, a thickened endometrium may interfere with a pregnancy and implantation.
Take care.
