Question: please go thru the ultrasound vaginal and advice me . my wife had blighted ovum last time nd did d& c.now it 6 week and can not see heartbeat. what i shud do.
Brief Answer:
Repeat confirmation after one week
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
The ultrasound report is not uploaded.
Kindly upload it.
If there is no cardiac activity at 6 weeks in a transvaginal scan, then the ultrasound should be repeated after one week to confirm.
If there is no cardiac activity till then, then it is a missed abortion and pregnancy needs to be terminated in that case.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Brief Answer:
wait for at least 2 weeks
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have reviewed the report.
It shows a well defined fetal pole, with pregnancy of 5 weeks 6 days.
Hence, it is prudent to wait for at least 2 weeks for the cardiac activity to appear.
Cyst in the right ovary is simple in nature, and nothing needs to be done for that.
