What Does This Uroflowmetry Test Report Indicate?

Question: My father was detected with mild prostate...we did the PSA and uroflowmetry, PSA was normal, uroflowmetry results show avg flow rate of 3.92 ml/sec, attached is uroflowmetry report

average urine flow rate is very less compared to that of people of this age

Thank you for consulting. I have seen report.
good that his PSA levels are normal but his average urine flow rate is very less compared to that of people of this age group.

So this need to be addressed. If the treating urologist finds prostrate hypertrophy,
then your father need surgical correction.

Before advising treatment, ultrasound/CT of abdomen/Pelvis and physical exam are mandatory.

Transuretral Prostate resection surery would be an option if prostatic hypertrophy is confirmed.
