Question: i went on a diet to lose 10 pounds, I lost ten pounds and went off diet...i then lost 12 more pounds..i have lost four more pounds. I can not control my weight loss. What is wrong?

When younger I ran a lot 5 Ks now winter and summer I walk 32/2 to 4 miles every day should i keep this up ??
