What Does White Crusty Formation On The Cheeks Indicate?

Question: I have two small white crusty things on my right cheek. They are raised not flat on the skin. They just came out about a week ago and I thought they would fall off but they didn't yet. They feel hard to the touch. I just bought Neutrogena visibly even foaming cleanser to use on my face. It is a gentle cleanser and contains soy. Attached is a picture of them.

Seems to be resolving folliculitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi ! I have seen the attached photograph though it's not very clear. According to me it's some resolving case of folliculitis. In such cases I recommend my patients to apply nadifloxacin cram in the morning and isotretinoin cream at night on the crusted lesion. These are prescription based medicine.

Though I would recommend you to send a clearer picture to be absolutely sure of the diagnosis.
