Mixed growth in urine sample means the sample has mixture of bacteria that is naturally occurring bacteria in vagina and pathogenic bacteria. This usually happen when urine sample is not mid stream and patient did not wipe her vagina before passing urine. I usually recommend repeat test to be done in case results of urine sample show mixed growth.

Poor opacification is medical term used in imaging to refer to when the rendering of opaque to x-ray of tissue or organ by introduction of contrast media is poor.
