Brief Answer:
Stretch Marks
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I have looked at the pictures.
These are Classical Stretch Marks. Weight gain is the most likely reason in your case.
Stretch marks form due to rupture of collagen framework of the dermis, as a result of stretching of skin resulting from abdominal distension. They are an inevitable consequence of pregnancy and weight gain for example. On running the fingers over the abdomen, they can be felt as a gap in the skin. Formation of stretch marks is a type of atrophic scaring because there is loss of tissue/dermal collegen due to rupture of collagen.
Though there are lot of OTC creams available to help prevent and decrease the appearance of Stretch marks but none of them works 100%.
You could use a Tretinoin 0.1% cream (A-Ret 0.1% gel) once daily every night to improve the appearance.

And do you have a solution for my another woe, i.e. puffy man nipples. Is it a skin problem? My nipples grew puffy since the time I attained puberty. Would you be interested to answer that as well?
Brief Answer:
Persistent pubertal gynecomastia
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I would keep a possibility of Persistent pubertal gynecomastia.
The breast consists of two main components:
-Glandular tissue - which is firm and dense.
-Fatty tissue - which is soft.
Persistent pubertal is one of the leading causes of gynaecomastia.
Gynecomastia is thought to be caused by an altered ratio of estrogens to androgens, an increase in estrogen production, a decrease in androgen production, or a combination of these factors increase the size of male breast tissue.
Obesity can be associated with increased peripheral conversion of androgens to estrogens and is associated with a higher prevalence of gynecomastia.
The obesity connection also comes into play in the second type of gynecomastia, referred to as pseudo-gynecomastia, which are formed by fat tissue layered over normal-sized male mammary glands.
Therefore both of your present problems i.e stretch marks and gynecomastia are possibly related to obesity

Hi, uploaded two pics, first one is normal puffy nipples and second one is they shrink to look normal when touched. This puffyness started since puberty. That was when I was 15 or 16 and had an athletic body till last two years. I was 5'11" height and 65 weight before I joined software company and started putting on weight considerably ( I touched 89 in an year and now going down at 82 kilo.) So I dont think obesity has something to do with my gynocomastia. But I have to tell you my father also has same puffy nipples like me. So I think its hereditary for me. I hope this is sufficient info for you to come to a conclusion. Thanks

So what is the solution as you can suggest?
Brief Answer:
Gynecomastia
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
After going through the picture I could see that there is minor problem of breast enlargement, Grade I: Minor enlargement, no skin excess.
Mild cases of gynecomastia are mostly treated with change in lifestyle habits such as proper diet and exercise with reassurance. Since your lifestyle has been mostly sedentary therefore, you might benefit from a regular exercise and weight control regime.
Most mild cases which are due to excess adipose tissue deposition in the male breast area can be expected to improve conservatively.
However, surgical options come to the rescue in case of severe grade gynecomastia e.g Liposuction for excess adipose tissue OR if the gynecomastia is due to excessive glandular tissue, then excision of the gland may be required.
Regards

How much does the surgical method cost in a city like Bangalore? And any suggestions to diet and exercise which will improve the case effectively ?
Brief Answer:
Gynecomastia
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Well, regarding the cost of surgery, the best person to ask is a plastic surgeon. My guess is anywhere between 25-35k
Butter, crisps, sausages, pastries, fried foods, and sweets, cakes, pizzas, pastas, chocolates are all examples of fatty and sugary foods which can increase body fat in general. Therefore, they should be avoided.
Regular brisk walking, jogging, cycling, treadmill, swimming etc are all aerobic exercises meant to loose excess fat.
