Brief Answer: Screen the causes, obg or physician referal Detailed Answer: Hi XXXX, Welcome back to healthcare magic. The cause for low backache in females can be related to genitourinary tract inflammation, like Pelvic inflammatory disease or menstrual problems in which case you may have abnormalities of menses, pain during periods, dyspareunia, burning micturition etc. to name a few. If this is the case you should get reviewed by a local gynaecologist. Another group of patients may have general inflammatory disorders like rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis or fibromyalgia etc. Still other group of patients may be having local problem in the spine as a root cause of the pain like pulled muscle, disc prolapse or local infection/tumor etc. in the spine. The latter two groups of problems should be evaluated by a local physician. Meanwhile you should use oral and topical painkillers, prescribed or OTC to soothen the pain. I hope the advise will be helpful for you.
