What Is The Ideal Dosage Of Vyvance?
Question: I have been taking vyvance 70 mg for about 18 months now. I mentioned to my doctor that I feel it's not as effective as I'm needing. She changed me to adderall 20mg XL bid. I finding that it's worse than the 70 mg vyvance I was taking. Is it possible to go up to 90 mg of vyvance?? Thanks
Brief Answer:
Maximum dosr 70mg. See dr to change drug or consider adding another drug
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the query
It is not rare sometimes for drugs to work better in some persons compared to others. Vyvase, taken generally in the morning, once a day, has as maximum dose 70mg. It is not advisable to take more than this.
Another option could be associating this drug with another one to increase awaited effect. This should be done by your doctor as it is extremely important to check fir response and side effects in order to respond appropriately.
Kind regards
