Hi,

There are many ways where you can reduce the size of your tummy.

Are you on any kind of regular exercise? Do you lead a sedentary lifestyle?

Some kind of exercise is a must. Or go to gym, there are particular methods just for the tummy. Daily walking is a very useful thing to be practiced. Let it be a brisk walk, and you should sweat during walking.

Diet control is another thing, which you have to keep in mind. Avoid oily foods like cheese, butter, ghee, fried items, and oily food. If you eat non-vegetarian food, reduce the frequency and quantity. Eat more of fish (not deep-fried).

If you have a family history, then you may have to really work out to reduce it. Liposuction is one surgical procedure along with many other surgical options.

Needless to say smoking and alcohol to be avoided. Especially consumption of beer can cause a big tummy.

Hope you are satisfied with my answer.

Wish you all the best.
Regards.
