There is no specific evidence based study of testosterone level in bodybuilders in relation to masturbation. But I would like to give my best answer.
Testosterone level is determined by LH hormone of pituitary which in turn determined by hypothalamus and other parts of brain by psychological and physiological factors.
It makes no difference in testosterone level if you masturbate with ejaculation or without ejaculation as level of it determined by sexual thought and feelings, not with ejaculation. Normally it is found that after act of masturbation slight increase in testosterone level which is short lasting.So it is not significant and occurs in most of the men irrespective of body structure.
After 1 week of abstinence from sexual activity/masturbation there is reflex increase in testosterone level but it is variable according to age, body physique,genetic and psychological factors.
In my opinion, for body builders, such abstinence might help as testosterone is helpful in muscle mass development.

You are young man. And at age of 20 it is normal to have thoughts and act of sex.
You suppress your desire of masturbation means you are not gibing yo your body and mind what it wants.Please do not stop masturbation and do not do it like schedule. It is natural urge and fulfill it as you wish. There is no specific criteria for normal frequency of masturbation.
In case of body building abstinence is not needed whole the time. And it is also not necessary to that at cost of suppression of natural desire of sex/masturbation. Your diet and exercises are the best tools for body building.
By stopping masturbation you will not suffer from any acute harm physically. But as time goes you will feel not good by avoiding masturbation and this may affect your exercises and diet schedule.
