Thanks for your question.
Noted your concern.

Tab Glycomet GP1 contains Metformin 500mg & Glimepiride 1mg.
Metformin can be taken irrespective of meals & Glimepiride 15 to 20 min prior to meal.

Timing of medicine before breakfast or before lunch will depend on blood sugar levels.
For better post-prandial blood sugar control before breakfast may be suggested.
