Penegra contains sildenafil. It is likely 100 mg not 10 mg I guess.

It is used for erectile dysfunction(penis does not erect sufficiently for sex is called erectile dysfunction) .
It helps person to get strong erection and should be taken before 2 hours of sex.

It should be taken with doctor's advice and not daily. It can cause headache as well as some cardiac side effects.
