Hello dear,
Welcome to healthcaremagic.
I have read your query and understood your concern.
I have seen the attached pics also. Thanks for the same.
You are suffering from androgenetic alopecia also known as male pattern baldness.
It is a hormonal dependent condition characterized by thinning of hair and receeding of hair line.
The hair loss upto hundred hair per day is taken as normal.
The treatment of choice for androgenetic alopecia is topicall minoxidil 5-10 percent with oral finasteride.
It may take at least 3 months to show its effect.
shaving full head will be of no benefit. It wont halt the ongoing hair loss.
You may use any mild shampoo for hair wash. For dry hair, afterwards you may use conditioner.
I hope I am able to solve your query.
If you have any further query you may ask me.
Good luck.

Hello dear,
Welcome again.
Minoxidil 10 percent in combination with finasteride is available in market like Morr F 10 Percent solution. It is in the form of lotion. It has to be applied twice daily 1 ml in the morning and 1 ml in night time with the help of a dropper available inside.
ALong with tablet finasteride is recommended 1mg daily in morning for added benefits.
These need to be continued till the age of 45 years. And it may take three months for hair to show some benefit.
Regarding side effects, these medications are very commonly prescribed and used by patients. Very rarely, one can notice any of the mentioned side effects. However for best results without side effects, it is recommended that you start the treatment under care of a dermatologist. So visit a dermatologist and discuss about this treatment.
In migraine patients, it is not advisable at all.
There is a normal hair cycle with cyclically hair loss of upto 100 hair with slight more hair loss in between.
I hope I am able to solve your query.
Good luck.
