12 Year Old Having Stabbing Pain In Right Side Of Stomach, Vomiting, Constipation. What Could This Be?

my 12 year old daughter is experiencing a stabbing pain in the right side of her stomach and has been vomiting and due to the pain pain has had trouble sleeping as well as being constipated she has a bit of a fever and mean i put pressure on it after i let go the pain is worse first i thought it was a bug but it hasn't stopped so i'm a bit worried
