Hi Sachin, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
Leukodystrophy is a rare disease that affect the cells of the brain. Especially, it affects the myelin sheath, the material that surrounds and protects nerve cells. Damage to this sheath blocks messages between the brain and the rest of the body. This leads to problems with Movement, Speaking, Vision, Hearing, Mental and physical development. I am sorry to tell you that no treatment is available currently, Medicines, speech therapy and physical therapy might help with symptoms. Research is being done if bone marrowtransplantation as a treatment option would help.
I Wish your Daughter Good Health.
