2 Year Old Snores While Sleeping And Breathes Through Mouth. Did PNS X-ray. Findings?

My 2 year old girl snores at while sleeping and at times breaths through the mouth. I was told to go for an PNS xtray after taking alot of of antihistamine. The xrat results read as moderate hypertrophy with resultant narrowing of the nasopharngeal airway. The airway is 2.5mm patent at the point of maximal swelling. THE REST OF THE VISUALISED STRUCTURES ARE UNREMARKABLE. What could be the problem?
