22 Year Old Having Tremors In Hands And Legs. Do I Have Wilson's Disease?
I m 22 years old and i have been having tremors in my hands and legs, after searching the internet i thought it could be something like Wilson s disease. But the doctors doesn t agree and nobody knows the reason and refused to give me any medication till now .. it is getting worse day by day and i find it really annoying to be in public places due to this .. will appreciate your guidance!

Thank you for getting in touch. As I see, you have been having tremors in your hands and legs for sometime. Tremors can be seen in many different diseases, Wilson being one of them. But along with that, there are other characteristic signs and symptoms seen in Wilson's like KF rings in the iris, increase in serum copper, drop in ceruloplasmin. Your Doctor must have kept those things in mind while ruling that out. You should discuss with your Doctor if this is a case of essential tremor. In essential tremor, no cause can be identified. But for that, all other causes have to be ruled out. Once diagnosed, it can be easily managed with medicines. Hope this helped.
