26 Years, Autistic, Uncircumcised, Excessive Amount Of Extra Skin On Penis. Difficulty Cleaning. Suggest

My Autistic/Mentally Disabled Son, 26, is uncircumsized and lately I can not get his penis out to clean it. It's been harder and harder for me to even find it. When I can touch the penis through the skin, it seems semi-hard. He seems reluctant to let me retract some of the skin. He does have excessive amount of extra skin. What can I do for him so that I can continue to help him have a clean penis and in no pain. Thank you for your time and advise. Laura

Hi,
It seems that due to non cleaning of smegma properly, fore skin of penis is adhered to glans penis.
There is likely of having Belano-prosthitis.
Gently try to avert fore skin and try to clean smegma.
As he is mentally disabled this problem is going to remain there permentally so it is advisable to go for circumcision operation.
Make a habit to clean the smegma by averting fore skin daily while giving him bath.
Ok and take care.
