General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,
Your semen report is indicative of some defects in it.
Active motility is less and presence of pus cells indicates some infection .
May be a course of antibiotic will take care of the condition .
But it will be better yo get a consultation with surgeon and discuss it.further semen analysis is needed ,better to do it after 3 months .clinical examination will rule out presence of any organic cause like hydrocoel or spermatocoel etc .any condition like this may give rise to poor semen quality and specific treatment may improve the condition .
Do not worry .single semen analysis is not enough to comment on it ,At least 3 reports needed for evaluation .
