i done semen anlist it show that my spearm count & semen valume is low . then i started to order valume pill which incress semen volume & sparm count . now ofter 3 month i done agine my semen analist test it show that my semen valume & spearm count is been increes .

As an Urologist, i can understand your concern.
You should mention your age,medication being taken and if the semen tests are done with at least 2-3 days abstinence, and the reports.
You should get your male hormones like, FSH,LH,PRL,,testosterone,sugar done. Also, get a scrotal doppler ultrasound scan done.
